Trimble Compass is a new service that uses natural language processing artificial intelligence (AI) to guide you to the information you need more efficiently. Compass searches Trimble Transportation product documentation, summarizes the content, and provides a curated response … all in a matter of seconds.
Before you can use Trimble Compass, your Trimble Administrator must create an organization for your company in Trimble Transportation Cloud (TTC) and grant you access to the organization via an email invitation. Then, you can sign in with your Trimble ID. If you do not have a Trimble ID, this video demonstrates how to create one.
To request access to Trimble Compass:
- Go to https://learn.transportation.trimble.com/compass
- Fill out the request form. Access setup typically takes three business days.
- You will receive an invitation to the email address you provided on the form.
- Select Sign In with your Trimble ID. (Note: This link expires within 72 hours of receipt.)
Trimble Compass uses the same Trimble ID as your other subscription products. For additional assistance with your Trimble ID, contact Trimble Cloud Support at trimble_cloud_support@trimble.com.
