The crash you're experiencing is likely due to a recent update to the Intel display driver on your PC. Certain PC brands have not yet approved the update. This may cause a crash to occur after downloading the PC*MILER|Rail 24.1 data update.
To resolve this problem, you can revert back to Intel's prior version.
