CPRS track ownership changes

1. Removed CMQ track ownership and added CPRS track ownership and track operating rights onto track segments from Brownville Jct ME to Searsport ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: Brownville Jct, Brownville ME, Milo ME, Derby ME, Orneville ME, Lagrange ME, South Lagrange ME, Hudson ME, North Bangor ME, N Maine Jct ME, Maine Northern Jct ME, Hampden ME, Winterport ME, Mosquito Mtn ME, Sandy Point ME, Cape Jct ME, Kidders ME, Bayview ME and Searsport ME.

CPRS track operating rights changes

1. Added CPRS track operating rights onto CMQ-owned track segments from Brunswick ME to Rockland ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: Brunswick ME, Mason ME, Hardings ME, Bath ME, Wiscasset ME, Yankee ME, Newcastle ME, Waldoboro ME, Muscongus ME, Allens ME, Warren ME, Foley Pit ME, Thomaston ME and Rockland ME.

CPRS haulage agreements with MNR

1. CPRS has a haulage agreement with MNR on MNR-owned track segments from Millinocket ME to East Millinocket ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: Millinocket ME, Sand Pit ME, Dolby ME and East Millinocket ME. MNR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
2. CPRS has a haulage agreement with MNR on MNR-owned track segments from Millinocket ME to Van Buren ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: Millinocket ME, Masardis ME, Squa Pan ME, Ashland ME, Moody ME, Skerry ME, Portage ME, Eagle Lake ME, Ft Kent ME, Madawaska ME, and Van Buren ME. MNR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
3. CPRS has a haulage agreement with MNR on MNR-owned track segments from the wye (68.145705W, 46.109406N) to Houlton ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: New Limerick ME and Houlton ME. MNR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
4. CPRS has a haulage agreement with MNR on MNR-owned track segments from Squa Pan ME to Ft Fairfield ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: Squa Pan ME, Mapleton ME, Easton ME and Ft Fairfield ME. MNR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
5. CPRS has a haulage agreement with MNR on MNR-owned track segments from Presque Isle ME to Caribou ME. The following CPRS stations along this line were activated on 20200603: Presque Isle ME, MPG ME and Caribou ME. MNR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.

CPRS haulage agreements with NBSR

1. CPRS has a haulage agreement with NBSR on NBSR-owned track segments from Brownville Jct ME to McAdam NB in order to service these stations which were activated on 20200603. NBSR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
2. CPRS has a haulage agreement with NBSR on NBSR-owned track segments from McAdam NB to St Stephen NB in order to service these stations which were activated on 20200603. NBSR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
3. CPRS has a haulage agreement with NBSR on NBSR-owned track segments from McAdam NB to Saint John IMS NB, St John NB and St John Wharf IMS NB in order to service these stations which was activated on 20200603. NBSR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.
4. CPRS has a haulage agreement with NBSR on NBSR-owned track segments from St Stephen NB to Woodland ME in order to service these stations which were activated on 20200603. NBSR hauls CPRS freight traffic along these track segments per this agreement.

• WE – Removed WE ownership and operating rights between Lash OH (80.926841W, 40.271663N) and Dillonvale OH (80.775840W, 40.197063N) per request.

Routing Issues Fixed

Amtrak (AMTK) 

Needed to fix Amtrak operating rights in the Kansas City MO metropolitan area. Research indicated that we had incorrectly mapped the Amtrak Southwest Chief and Amtrak Missouri River Runner routes.

1. Moved Kansas City MO Amtrak station to 94.586080W, 39.086459N (the site of Kansas City Union station).
2. Moved Lawrence KS Amtrak station to 95.238427W, 38.974672N.
3. Moved Topeka KS Amtrak station to 95.662959W, 39.053579N.
4. Removed Amtrak operating rights from the tracks located on the north side of the Kansas River from Sheep Jump MO to Topeka KS.
5. Added Amtrak operating rights onto the tracks located on the south side of the Kansas River from Sheep Jump MO to Topeka KS.

BNSF 

The following edits were performed to reflect changes reported by BNSF. Some MLC values were modified in order to run all BNSF commodities traffic flows via the Marceline Subdivision (via Congo MO) and avoid the downtown Kansas City MO area.

1. Changed existing MLC values between junction (94.602201W, 39.079717N) just west of KC Union Station MO and CA Jct MO.
2. Changed existing MLC values between junction (94.602201W, 39.079717N) just west of KC Union Station MO and Sumner MO.

UP 

UP activated 13 stations in southeastern Colorado (located between Olney Springs CO and Stuart CO). These include the following stations: Olney Springs CO, Crowley CO, Ordway CO, Sugar City CO, Adobe Creek CO, Arlington CO, Haswell CO, Galatea CO, Eads CO, Chivington CO, Brandon CO, Sheridan Lake CO and Stuart CO. This modification may legitimately change some UP routing profiles in this geographical region. Some UP routes no longer double back via Kansas.

Updated rail network

The following enhancements were made since Version 25.2:

• Added 10 new rail carriers, 38 new freight stations and 15 new junction interchanges.
• Removed six rail carriers, 18 freight stations and eight junction interchanges.
• Other corrections based on feedback from railroads. (Please see below.)

Station, Junction and Track Updates

• CN – Changed existing MLC values between Canora SK and North Jct MB in order to flow traffic routing eastbound, instead of running via Melville SK to the west. Changed existing MLC values between North Jct MB and Dauphin MB.
• CN – Removed CN operating rights from Delson PQ to St Jean PQ per request. This subdivision is CPRS-owned and CN does not serve the stations located along this line (Delson South PQ, St Philippe PQ and Desnoyer PQ).
• CPRS – Removed CPRS operating rights from railroad track segments just east of Kramer ND (100.649452W, 48.694223N) to just west of Bisbee ND (99.390081W, 48.621527N). Removed the following CPRS stations from (from west to east): Spur 531 ND, Gardena ND, Omemee ND, Overly ND, Fonda ND, Rolette ND, Mylo ND and Agate ND because these stations are located along abandoned railroad track segments.
• CPRS – Removed CPRS operating rights from track segment links located between Hartland MN (93.484174W, 43.808925N) to junction just west of Albert Lea MN (93.375456W, 43.643989N). These railroad tracks have been abandoned per request.
• CSXT – Railinc has added the WSPRI junction on 20190624 per request.
• UP – Added the missing West Rail Bypass International Bridge located west of Brownsville TX across the Rio Grande River on the USA-Mexico international boundary line.
• WE – Railinc update has added the Crawford OH station on WE per request.

Realignment Edits

The following edits were performed in the Brownsville TX area to reflect changes reported by BNSF and UP:

• Removed the abandoned north/south railroad track segments located to the west of I-69E.
• Removed the abandoned north/south railroad track segments located to the east of I-69E.
• Removed the abandoned railroad tracks between Matamoros TM and Brownsville TX (this includes the old Mexico-USA railroad bridge border crossing and the railroad tracks located in the downtown area).
• Relocated the Olmito TX station to 97.506437W, 26.000995N per updated aerial imagery.
• Relocated the Brownsville TX and Brownsville TOFC TX stations to 97.409241W, 25.954901N per updated aerial imagery.
• Relocated the Port of Brownsville TX station to 97.385016W, 25.958569N per updated aerial imagery.
• Added UP ownership/operating rights onto the beltway railroad tracks just north of the Brownsville TX downtown area. This new realignment runs from the West Rail Bypass International Bridge (west) to the Brownsville Ship Harbor (east).
• Added and/or modified operating rights on railroad track segments for BRG, BNSF, KCSM and UP where applicable.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused FSAC values to be deleted when copying and pasting from a Detailed Geocode Report.
