CPRS track operating rights changes in British Columbia

• Research indicates that CPRS track operating rights were improperly modeled in the Rail Editor during the PC*MILER Rail 28.0 editing cycle when the McBride BC station on CPRS was added as an activated freight station. Removed CPRS track operating rights on the subdivision between Prince George BC and McBride BC from 122.706474W, 53.912886N to 120.171198W, 53.301723N in order to properly model the routing profile per CPRS request. All CPRS freight traffic will now flow via Kamloops BC for loads that originate east, west and south of Edmonton AB.

CSXT track operating rights changes in Florida

• Removed CSXT track operating rights from link segments from Ipco FL to Newberry FL. These deactivated CSXT stations from west to east include: Ipco FL, Trenton FL and Newberry FL.

The following enhancements were made since Version 27.2:
