To print the currently displayed map, select the Map tab > Print Map on the toolbar or File menu > Print Map.  A standard Windows Print dialog will open.

Copy

Maps can be copied to the clipboard for retrieval in other Windows programs such as Microsoft Word. To do this, select the Map tab > Copy Map. Press Ctrl+V to paste the map in your document.
