With every PC*MILER Rail release, our goal is to produce the most accurate and complete digital representation possible of the North American railroad network. Our mapping experts create and maintain the rail network map database, and Railinc’s Industry Reference Files are used to update the list of active railroads, freight stations and junction interchanges.

If you or your organization would like to help make PC*MILER Rail even better, we welcome all feedback.

Please contact PC*MILER Rail Support to report the following software and product issues:

  • Railroad company track ownership rights on link segments (new agreement rights, omissions, errors)
  • Railroad company track operating rights on link segments (new agreement rights, omissions, errors)
  • Railroad routing profile (route generation issues, waypoints, etc.)

Please contact Railinc Corporation to report the following railroad industry knowledge and logistical information:

  • New or expired railroad companies
  • New or expired railroad freight stations
  • New or expired junction interchanges

Depending on when they are received, changes may be included in a data update released between versions of PC*MILER Rail or as part of the annual version release.
