When launching PC*MILER, if you receive the message below - there is a problem with Windows permissions. 

To resolve it, you have to grant all users or user groups Full control to the PC*MILER directory. (Default Location: C:\ALK Technologies\PCMILERxx). In Windows:

1. Browse to the install directory for PC*MILER.
2. Right-click the PC*MILER folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.
3. Click Edit and check Full control under Permissions for Authenticated Users. 
4. Click Apply to save your changes.
