A -710 error means the workstation is not able to access the license on the server. If you browse to the server from that workstation, are you prompted for a login? If so, once you enter the login you should then be able to access PC*MILER.


A -710 error could also mean that the workstation installation was unable to create its registry successfully.  We recommend reinstalling the workstation installation.  Before running setup.exe (found in your server's shared \Network\ folder), right-click it and choose "Run as Administrator".


If your PC*MILER standalone installation mentions a -710 error and is acting very sluggish, we strongly recommend reinstalling the product.
