PC*MILER Energy
PC*MILER Energy, a map data add-on that provides energy roads and survey addresses for the oil and gas industry, is being discontinued after PC*MILER 35. However, the energy roads that are part of this data set are now included in the standard PC*MILER street-level map data, making it easier than ever to plan routes in and out of well sites and other facilities. The Technical Support end date is Dec. 31, 2022.
PC*MILER Connect COM Interface
The Component Object Model (COM) Interface, a specialized integration tool that allows you to access the functionality of the PC*MILER Connect DLL in an object-oriented way, is being discontinued after PC*MILER Connect 33. The Technical Support end date is Dec. 31, 2020.
PC*MILER TripDirect
PC*MILER|TripDirect, an add-on to the PC*MILER user interface that provided a direct link between PC*MILER and CoPilot Truck, our truck-specific GPS navigation system for mobile devices, was discontinued in 2018. The Technical Support end date was Dec. 31, 2018.
PC*MILER Mapping (DLLs, COM Interface, and Spreadsheet Add-in)
PC*MILER|Mapping, an integration tool that software developers could use to add maps to their applications, was discontinued in 2017. The Technical Support end date was Dec. 31, 2017.
PC*MILER CICS
PC*MILER features and data on CICS mainframe platforms, including the text-based user interface and interface modules such as PC*MILER|Connect, were discontinued in 2017. The Technical Support end date was Dec. 31, 2017.
PC*MILER UNIX & Linux
PC*MILER’s AIX, Linux, SCO, Sun Solaris and HP-UX UNIX products, including the Text-based user interface (TUI) and Interface Modules such as PCMServe, were discontinued in 2017. The Technical Support end date was Dec. 31, 2017.
ALK FleetSuite Directions, ETA/OoR, Mapping
The ALK|FleetSuite suite of products, including ALK|FleetSuite Directions, ETA/OoR and Mapping modules were discontinued in 2016. These products packaged PC*MILER’s truck-specific routing, driving directions, and map display capabilities in an installed Microsoft-based XML Service. The Technical Support end date was Sept. 30, 2016.
PC*MILER FuelTax
PC*MILER|FuelTax fully automated fuel and mileage tax tracking, calculation and reporting and was discontinued in 2014. The Technical Support end date was Feb. 15, 2015.
PC*MILER Navigator
We discontinued map updates to the PC*MILER Navigator product, sold by Noetic, in 2013. Due to this, PC*MILER Navigator hardware units have ceased production and we no longer provide technical support.
