If you receive the error message above, please refer to the error log (.log file) referenced in the PC*MILER Fatal Exception message. By default, it is located in C:\ALK Technologies\PCMILER33\App.

If your log file mentions "Revulytics," which is our tool for in-app messaging and tracking usage statistics, we recommend disabling this feature.
To Disable Revulytics:
- Launch PC*MILER 33
- Go to File > Application Settings
- Uncheck the two boxes for Content and Usage & Privacy
